The project involves the maintenance of a large part of the pre-existing building with the reorganization of the basement, in which there is a tavern, a guest bedroom, a garage with 2 parking spaces and some service rooms. A spiral staircase with bronze parapet, closed by glass on three sides, connects all levels of the villa. Access to the house still takes place from the mezzanine floor, the main floor of the house, accessible from the outside via a wooden staircase that integrates with the existing terrace. The entire living area develops on this floor, consisting of entrance, kitchen and a large room intended for living room and dining area. Outside, on the terrace, there is a dining area and a relaxation area. The living room connects with the outside through large opening windows that allow a view of the garden in which two rows of olive trees will be inserted. The first floor contains the entire sleeping area consisting of a fully glazed master bedroom with lake view, complete with toilet, walk-in closet and terrace. There are also two other double bedrooms with a shared terrace, a bathroom and a laundry room. The last flight of the spiral staircase leads to the flat roof of the house on which a teak-paved terrace extends. Access to the terrace from the staircase is via a window that slides horizontally. The North-West (main façade) and North-East façades are surrounded by a frame of Corten steel beams and pillars with brisè-soleil in ipe wood. The South-West and South-East elevations are characterized by the use of different materials which underline the different volumes. The use of gray plaster on the ground floor and a natural ipe wood cladding, laid in horizontal slats on the rest of the facades, is envisaged.
