Project for a holiday home on the lake. The project involves the construction of a small holiday home, equipped with all the necessary comforts. In fact, it consists of an open space living area with dining room and open kitchen and the master bedroom with private bathroom. Climbing the stone staircase, visible from the living area, leads to the first floor, where we find two more bedrooms and a bathroom. All the rooms are illuminated thanks to the large windows arranged on the two main sides of the house and by a window that cuts through the roof which has the particularity of going down to the ground. In fact, it acts at the same time as the roof and side walls of the house, completely blind except for the gap in which the master bathroom window is inserted. The roof overhangs on the main elevations, in addition to protecting the windows from the elements, allow the balconies on the first floor, accessible from every room, to be covered.
