The project involves the restyling of the Beach Club & Hotel Eco del Mare in Lerici. The fulcrum of the project is the flat iron roof covered with a garden roof which, like a ribbon, wraps and covers all areas of the club, from the ticket office and external relaxation area to the lunch-breakfast room and the rooms.
