The project involves the restoration of an old farmhouse with attached stables and the transformation of the spaces into a multifunctional area linked to the production of wine. In the old stables, made up of two separate buildings but close to each other, it was decided to insert the spaces linked to the production and storage of wine and the tasting area. The remaining space of one of the two stables has been transformed into a small spa with swimming pool and a small riding school and riding area, both also open to external visitors who do not follow the wine route. The main farmhouse and the barn have been respectively transformed into a B&B and a restaurant, accessible both to those staying overnight and to the external public.
